Playright is In-Network for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, as well as AETNA. Starting in February of 2025, we have created a partnership with ACT Therapy Services, and they add CIGNA, Medcost, NC Medicaid, SC Medicaid-Healthy Connections, UHC, and ClassWallet/NCSEAA grant.

The cost of therapy varies based on factors such as your insurance plan, deductible, coverage, and copay or co-insurance amounts. We can review your insurance benefits to provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses for therapy. If you prefer not to use insurance, we can share our private pay rates upon request.

Yes, I offer specialized parent coaching for families in person or via video sessions.

We feel a holistic and collaborative approach is the best starting place for your child, so assessments are not required to start services with Playright. However, if you require an OT assessment for any reason, we can help. Your particular needs will determine the extent of the evaluation process and the cost of evaluation services. Formal Evaluations and Assessments can be comprehensive written reports that will be used in more formal settings, such as IEP considerations within the school system to gain services from the districts or to obtain insurance contributions for OT services. Reports can vary in cost based on the time involved.
